With the design of this chassis we only used the best materials and best parts on the market so we can deliver the best quality to all our clients and factory drivers.
We never looked at the costs of all the different parts but searched and developed parts for the best performance on the track. This is where TD Racing Kart stands for.
Chassis
The frame is made by german manufacturer Mach 1. We want to emphasize that our frame isn’t a one to one copy of the Mach 1 chassis. We use a different kind of material in our chassis to edit several dimensions and proportions. What gives us the TD Racing Kart chassis.
Brakes
The brakingsystem is a part that took us a lot of time and effort with the development of the TD Racing Kart. After a long time of testing several braking systems we decided to gather a collaboration together with the Italian manufacturer CRG, thanks to Danilo Rossi. We use the newest v05/v10 brakingsystem. We did some slight adjustments to get the system 100% to our demands.
Seats
For the seats we decided to collaborate together with the Italian manufacturer NEK. They deliver quality seats and put a lot of time and effort in the development of their materials. They also have a wide variation of products in their range. The TD Racing Kart chassis will therefor only be delivered with NEK seats.
Wheels
For the rims we decided to work with OTK Magnesium wheels. We have a good connection and also a lot of experience with this brand. These wheels are also available in two different types of strength, suitable for any situation. For a standard chassis we deliver the “s” wheels or soft compound. These are also mainly used during races.

Winner of multiple titles, including two shifter victories at the IAME International Final and three titles in the IAME X30 Euro Series, but also team boss and renowned development driver; Thierry Delré has been a busy man competing on numerous karting tracks all over Europe for the past quarter of a century.
